Brugs loves training dressage horses and riders, and particularly likes helping pony and young riders.

Brugs has produced her own horses from youngsters to Grand Prix.

She was trained by the chief rider of the Spanish Riding School of Vienna for many years, working as head girl in his dressage yard in the UK.
