With today’s announcement of the new Government Framework for reopening the Country, it is with regret that the ODBTLT confirm the postponement of the December show – scheduled for 3-5 December 2021.
With the current national double vaccination rates sitting at 67.4%, we believe that there is little chance of the country achieving the 90% double vaccination target before the show to open up the country and allow events to happen with no restrictions.
The team are working with Takapoto and Dressage NZ on a revised date – which will hopefully be April 2022.
The team are hugely grateful for the support of all parties in the leadup to the show, and are looking forward to delivering an extraordinary event in 2022.
