ESNZ Eventing is seeking expressions of interest in the role of National Performance Selector. There are two positions, on the three member panel, that will soon become vacant by rotation – current position holders are eligible for reappointment.

The purpose of the role of Eventing National Performance Selector is to select riders for the eventing performance programme squads and national teams for competitions as required by ESNZ Eventing and Eventing High Performance, all in support of Eventing’s high performance vision of NZ eventers winning on the world stage.

If you are passionate about the ongoing success of Eventing, can demonstrate good communication skills, have a knowledge of what it takes to reach a pinnacle performance in the sport of Eventing and can be relied upon to hold information honestly and confidentially then we would like to hear from you.

This role is voluntary with a small budget available to support travel to specified events in New Zealand.
