Congratulations to Peter Jenkins, ESNZ’s February 2021 Volunteer of the Month!!
Peter is Chairman of Dressage Bay of Plenty and if that isn’t time consuming enough with four branches to oversee (Rotorua, Taupō, Eastern Bay & Tauranga), he has also taken on the mammoth task of organising writers for Waikato Championships, Bay of Plenty Championships, the National Youth Festival and National Championships.
Peter was a popular winner of the 2020 Dressage NZ Volunteer of the Year award.
But behind every good man stands a good woman, and it was fitting that Peter’s wife Ali was also acknowledged at the Annual Awards evening last year for her support of his huge contribution of time to dressage.
ESNZ Volunteer of the Month receives a gift in recognition of their contribution; Peter’s is on its way to him.
