You will be needed on other days of the week as well – and sometimes on Saturday & Sunday too ! These are two separately paid positions contracted positions

Our current Partnership Facilitator Celine Filbee has decided to concentrate on her other two positions – one as a Councillor for the South Taranaki District Council and the other as Manager of the Taranaki Kiwi Trust. Celine has been instrumental in securing funding and sponsorship to support the financial sustainability of Dressage, as well as undertaking a wider rang of administrative and volunteer support tasks and we thank her for the enthusiasm and fun she has bought to the role and the relationships she has developed in the community on behalf of Dressage

There are some options:
If you consider you possess the experience and skills to fulfill some but not all of the Partnerships Facilitator role, we would still like to hear from you

The Dressage NZ Event Manager-Director role is also becoming available with changeover during or following at the Nationals 2020 at Taupo 19-22 November. If you consider you have the skills to undertake both roles, this is another option for the right person

You should have a love of sport and understand the challenges facing modern sport. A knowledge and passion for Equestrian Sport, particularly Dressage would be an advantage. Dressage is always looking to the future and is prepared to discuss these roles and their parameters with interested candidates.

Both roles require that the appointee can work independently with a high degree of self motivation and minimal supervision.  Both roles report to the Dressage Sport Manager with a responsibility for outcomes to the Dressage NZ Board.

Both roles will be  limited term contracted positions with the possibility to renew.
