James Avery riding MR SNEEZY in CCI-L 4* Section L during the first horse inspection at the BURNHAM MARKET INTERNATIONAL (3) held at Sussex Farm near Burnham Market in Norfolk in the UK on the 16th September 2020Its been a long time coming following Covid-19 disruptions to the UK eventing calendar, but their first CCL4*-L competition gets underway tonight NZ time at the Burnham Market International Horse Trials. The event will also feature a CCI4*-S with the organises having to limit numbers after they were oversubscribed at the close of entries.
A small group of kiwi riders will feature this weekend. James Avery will rider Mr Sneezy in the CCI4*-L along side Dan Jocelyn on Lissyegan Rory and Blackthorn Cruise. Hollie Swain will run her 11 year old gelding Solo over his first CCI4*-L competition.
In the CCI4*-S Samantha Lissington has Ricker Ridge Sooty GNZ in the line-up along with Jesse Campbell and Diachello and Ginny Thompson will ride Stars Align.
Competition gets underway tonight with Dressage in both classes.
