Clear and inside time in the cross country has seen James Avery and Mr Sneezy move into 13th spot in the CCI4*-L at the Burnham Market International Horse Trials overnight.

The Kiwi combo are still on their 31 penalty point dressage score, as is Dan Jocelyn and Blackthorn Cruise who sits on 32.4 in 19th place. Hollie Swain and Solo XII also added nothing to their 38.3 penalty point tally and are in 39th place. Dan was eliminated on Lissyegan Rory.

Izzy Taylor and Monkeying Around still hold the lead on 23.2 in the 91-strong field that has been whittled down to 63 thanks to withdrawals, eliminations and retirements. Thirty-six combinations were clear and inside time in the cross country overnight.

Izzy Taylor also leads the way in the CCI4*-S, this time on Hartacker who is on the record-breaking Burnham score of 20.3 penalty points with the cross country to come. Samantha Lissington and Ricker Ridge Sooty GNZ are the best of the Kiwis, sitting in 15th place on their dressage score of 28.9. They are also eighth among the eight and nine-year-olds in the class. Jesse Campbell and Diachello added four in the showjumping to finish the two tests on 39.5 in 46th place. Ginny Thompson and Stars Align also added faults to sit on 58.9. Eighty-one remain in the field.
