Notice of the 69th ESNZ Annual General Assembly

Notice of the 69th Annual General Assembly of Equestrian Sports New Zealand is hereby given to all Members:

Date:  Tuesday 29th September 2020
Time:  1.00pm – Registration begins at 12:45pm
Venue:  West Plaza Hotel, 110 Wakefield St, Wellington

The AGA will consider formal business including the approval of the audited annual accounts, election of officials and any Honorary Life Memberships to be conferred as well as consider any proposed amendments to the Constitution.

Any resolutions and general business must be with the ESNZ Chief Executive no later than 5pm on 14th August 2020 and can be forwarded by email to [email protected]

Elections are also now open for the positions of President and Vice-President of ESNZ.  Nominations for President and Vice-President must be with the ESNZ Chief Executive no later than 5pm on 14th August 2020.
