Uma O’Neill and Clockwise of Greenhill Z have this morning taken out third place in the Longines FEI World Cup in Las Vegas while  Daniel Meech and Cinca 3 finished sixth in the 1.50m Grand Prix at the Autumn MET Oliva 2019 in Spain.

Uma jumped a clear round in the first but unfortunately ran a little slow to pick up one time fault, though having the fastest first round time secured her the third spot in the 40 strong feild.  Only two combinations jumped clear to go to the jump off which was won by American rider Adrienne Sternlicht and Bennys Legacy.

Daniel and Cinca 3 were one of 60 combinations to line up in the class with 16 coming back for the jump-off. Daniel and 10-year-old Cinca were double clear, coming home in 40.32 seconds. All top 10 kept their slates clean with Harry Charles (GBR) and Bambina taking the win in 38.75 seconds.

Daniel also placed third in the 1.35m accumulator with joker (bold 2) aboard Favoriet HBC. The 29-strong class was won by Jessica Vonach (AUT) aboard Cinte Z.

Richard Gardner and Roulette 134 placed fourth in the 1.30m (gold 1) class which was won by Rodrigo Sampaio Peixoto (POR) aboard G van de Oudenbosch.
