Notice of the 68th ESNZ Annual General Assembly

Notice of the 68th Annual General Assembly of Equestrian Sports New Zealand is hereby given to all Members:

Date:  Wednesday 25th September 2019
Time:  1.00pm
Venue:  West Plaza Hotel, 110 Wakefield St, Wellington

The AGA will consider formal business including the approval of the audited annual accounts, election of officials and any Honorary Life Memberships to be conferred as well as consider any proposed amendments to the Constitution (please note that the suggested changes in the Constitutional Review Document will not be voted on at 2019 AGA).

Any resolutions and general business must be with the ESNZ Chief Executive no later than 5pm on 14th August 2019 and can be forwarded by email to [email protected]

Elections are also now open for the positions of President and Vice-President of ESNZ.  Nominations for President and Vice-President must be with the ESNZ Chief Executive no later than 5pm on 14th August 2019.

ESNZ looks forward to welcoming Members to the Annual General Assembly.  The AGA is an opportunity for you to meet and talk with people governing your sport in person, so please take the opportunity to come along and be involved.

Workshop – dealing with conflict and difficult situations

Prior to the AGA, ESNZ will be holding a workshop and training for Officials, OCs and area groups on dealing with conflict and difficult situations.  Those interested in attending can REGISTER HERE
