1 Year To Go to Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games

Event:                   Celebration of ‘1 year to go’ milestone to the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games

On Friday 23 August 2019, Paralympics New Zealand (PNZ) will join over 170 countries in marking exactly ‘1 year to go’ to the start of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. On this date, PNZ will stage the public celebration of this milestone.

• ‘Para Sport Pop Up is open’ – from 10.00am onwards the Pop Up will be open to come along and find out all about it. The Para Sport Pop Up will tell the story of NZ Paralympic history through displays and video; promote Para sport through interactive ‘have a go’ experiences and; provide Para sport resources and connections to local Para sport providers. Plus many more surprises to discover!  So pop along if you are in the area and have a look!
