The Annual Planning Forum is scheduled for 29/30 MARCH at the Commodore Hotel, Christchurch. The Friday evening session is for delegates and committee only.
All members are welcome to the Saturday session from 8.30am – 4pm but must register with [email protected] no later than 15 March. Fee: $35 to cover day catering

Any agenda items and remits to amend rules will need to be with the Sport Manager no later than Monday 25th February for inclusion in the agenda
Remits and agenda items are welcome from Area Groups via their delegates, and from full voting members directly, but should include supporting papers/ rationale
